From bustling bazaars to riverside restaurants, Istanbul offers a culinary experience that's as vibrant as the city itself. I still remember sitting in a small café near the Bosphorus, sipping Turkish tea and biting into my first simit (a sesame-crusted bread that's like a softer bagel).
