When I booked my stay at Arena Beach, I was looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure and a touch of luxury that wouldn't break the bank. Having spent a week there, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations in more ways than one!
First Impressions:
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotels clean and modern design instantly gave off a calm and inviting vibe.
The Rooms:
I styed in a spacious one-bedroom apartment, which came with a kitchenette, lounge area and a private terrace. The room was spotless and the modern decor was both simple and functional. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warmer afternoons!
Facilities and Amenities:
One of my favourite things about Arena Beach was its pool area. There were two main pools: one for families and another quieter one for adults. Whether I wanted to relax with a book, or take a refreshing swim, there was always a spot for me. The loungers were plentiful, so there was no need to wake up at dawn to claim one!
The hotel also had a small gym, which was perfect for a quick workout before heading out to explore - not to mention the on-sire spa facilities!
Food and Drinks:
The all inclusive package was one of the highlights! The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Each meal felt fresh and flavourful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rotating meal themes.
As for drinks, the poolside bar served everything, from cocktails to soft drinks, and the bartenders were friendly and quick!
Location:
Situated in Corralejo, the hotel was in prime location. It was a short walk to the town centre, where I found charming shops, places to eat and a lively atmosphere. The famous Corralejo dunes were also nearby - an absolute must-see if you are in Fuerteventura. Walking across the golden sands felt surreal, and it was one of my favourite parts of the trip!
Final Thoughts:
My stay at Arena Beach was everything I had hoped for - a blend of relaxation, good food and a base to explore the beautiful island.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Whether you are travelling solo, as a couple or with a family, Arena Beach offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere!
Happy Travelling!
